Biforst Logistics Hiring! Full Time ASSISTANT MANAGER in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

Responsible and accountable for the following tasks:

• Assist Manager on operational matter at Subang.
• Responsible for day to day operations for both local & outstation trucks.
• Attend to customer inquiries and complaints on operational issues.
• Liaise with customer Management and staff to resolve operational problems and disputes.
• Conduct random midnight visits to check and monitor loading of goods and preparation of delivery documents.
• To ensure night shift send daily outstation loading report to customer.
• Investigating, challenging and recovering claims by customer.
• Monitor the time of arrival and departure of long-haul trucks at customer warehouse and trucks arrival at branches.
• Attend operational meetings with customer logistics management team.
• To ensure all drivers download I-Com before leaving customer Premises.
• To ensure staff follow up with all drivers to update I-Com accurately and prepare daily report.
• To coordinate with customer for additional orders requirements.
• Monitor local driver’s attendance.
• To record and take action on all disciplinary issues against drivers.
• To update driver’s Merit point every month.
• To coordinate with HQ and all Branches on security requirements for all dedicated trucks and long haul trucks & other issues related.
• To ensure drivers understand SOP for delivery and security.
• To ensure Supervisor prepare and send daily loading report for local.
• To attend to all issues related to including hijack, complaints, accidents, etc and to produce incident report for customer.
• To monitor POD return status.
• To monitor staff overtime requirements.
• To monitor customer trade returns and collections.
• To forward drivers biodata for both local and outstation drivers.
• To update on new drivers details.
• To coordinate with Driver’s Trainer on training programs for drivers for both local and outstation.
• To compile and check monthly KPI for Central & Outstation and to send out to customer.
• To prepare monthly KPI presentation.
• Any other tasks request from management.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
