Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for B2B transportation order coordination and support, including general FTL, bonded cross-border, store delivery, temperature-controlled and special transportation operations.
• Coordinate company owned vehicles, suppliers and ad-hoc transport resources to ensure transportation efficiency and stable peak-hour operations.
• Follow up bonded and cross-border transportation processes, including document verification, customs clearance coordination, GPS monitoring and transportation exception handling.
• Liaise with customers, drivers and suppliers for transportation coordination, POD collection and transportation cost data management.
• Execute transportation SOP and system operations to improve operational efficiency, resource utilization and cost control.

Job Requirements

• Experienced in logistics, supply chain or land transportation coordination, familiar with FTL, store delivery and cross-border transportation operations
• Familiar with bonded and Malaysia—Singapore cross-border transportation processes
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheet and other office software, with excellent data analysis and reporting skills
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, able to work under high pressure and fast paced operational environments
• Experience in GPS monitoring systems, TMS, cold chain or DG transportation operations is an added advantage
• Good command in English and Mandarin language. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Candidates with transportation supplier resources are preferred

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
