PSA MARINE (PTE) LTD Hiring! Full Time Assistant Operations Executive 1 (Base Operations) in West Region (Singapore), Earn up to SGD 2,700 - Ricebowl

Candidates are expected to:-

• Take lead in planning and deployment of marine resources;
• Take lead in enforcing marine crew discipline;
• Perform compliance checks to ensure personnel and safety at the base and onboard craft;
• Arrange for daily diesel orders and attend to bunker deliveries;
• Coordinate with Fleet Engineering team on the repair and maintenance status of harbour crafts and equipment;
• Update daily records of craft movements, deployment, and craft breakdowns;
• Perform regular checks and surveys on the status and upkeep of base equipment; and
• Assist Section Managers in operational assignments and projects.

The ideal candidate should preferably:-

• Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Marine) / Maritime Business / Business / Logistics and Supply Chain Management;
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Be able to remain calm and make logical decisions under stress and emergency situations;
• Be proficient in using computer and mobile device applications/systems;
• Be proficient in MS Office; and
• Be willing to perform shift work (Candidates will be entitled to shift and applicable allowances).

*Monthly salary advertised is basic salary. Monthly gross salary includes shift, special transport, and meal allowances, where applicable.
