Job Summary

Responsible for analysing data, preparing reports and forecasts, maintaining data systems, identifying trends and process improvement opportunities, and supporting management reporting and business decision-making.

The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, and prepare ongoing reports, comparable analysis, and research to validate findings, results, trends, and recommendations.
  • Acquire data from primary data sources, maintain databases or data systems, and filter and clean data by reviewing reports to identify and correct data issues.
  • Facilitate input and review of Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Mid-Year Plan, monthly forecasts, and assist in creating standard/ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools for management monitoring.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and business teams to identify trends in complex data sets, drive operational and process improvements, and support ad-hoc projects and other assigned duties.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines, or relevant Professional Certificates.
  • At least 4 years of related working experience in data analytics, reporting, or a similar role involving data mining, analysis, interpretation of complex data sets, and generation of actionable business insights to support decision-making.
  • Strong passion for data mining and analysis, with solid analytical and problem-solving skills to review, interpret, and derive insights from data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with good written and verbal communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • A creative, positive, persistent, meticulous, and highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
