Role Description The Purchasing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandar Bukit Puchong. This position is responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, fittings, furniture, and interior components in line with project requirements, budget, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include obtaining and comparing quotations, negotiating prices and terms with suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate purchasing records. The role also involves coordinating delivery schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely supply to project sites in collaboration with project, design, and manufacturing teams. The Purchasing Executive will work closely with local and overseas vendors to optimize cost efficiency, support project timelines, and uphold company procurement policies and compliance standards.


Qualifications

  • Strong procurement and supply chain skills, including vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and purchase order management.
  • Ability to analyze cost, quality, and delivery terms, with attention to detail in comparing quotations and managing budgets.
  • Experience collaborating with project, design, and operations teams to align purchasing activities with project specifications and schedules.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain constructive relationships with local and international suppliers.
  • Relevant experience in construction, interior fit-out, furniture, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Procurement, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bandar Bukit Puchong, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
