Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural components for buildings structure projects
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications
- Review and approve contractor submissions, shop drawings, and method statements
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design and safety standards
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to local codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Identify and resolve technical issues during design and construction phases
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and cost estimates
- Support tendering and procurement processes
