Job Description
Reporting to the Service Supervisor / Senior Service Supervisor, the Assistant Service Supervisor supports the daily operations of the café by ensuring smooth service delivery, operational readiness, and excellent customer experience. The role is operationally hands-on and supports front-of-house operations, beverage preparation, and shift coordination.
Responsibilities
Support daily café operations to ensure smooth service flow and operational readiness during shifts
Operationally hands-on during service periods to support customer service, beverage preparation, cashiering, and café operations
Ensure consistency in beverage preparation, presentation standards, speed of service, and customer experience
Support manpower coordination and outlet readiness to maintain operational efficiency and service standards during peak periods
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory handling, and proper storage practices to minimise wastage
Support basic cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of coffee machines and café equipment
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and operational SOP requirements at all times
Job Requirements
1–2 years of experience in café, coffeehouse, QSR, or F&B operations
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, energetic, and positive personality
Good communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of coffee equipment operations and café operational procedures will be an added advantage
Location: Vivo City
Working Requirements: 6 day work week [7am -3pm and 3-11pm]
