We’re seeking a skilled and driven Automation Engineer (Robotics) to design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions that streamline processes, boost efficiency, and enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks for software, hardware testing, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
• Develop efficient scripts, test cases, and reusable documentation for automation tasks.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade existing automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and integrate innovative practices.
• Provide training and technical support on automation tools and processes.
• Document workflows, test cases, and results for auditing and reference.
• Coordinate project timelines and stakeholder meetings for seamless delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4–7 years in automation engineering, with a focus on robotics and process automation, AGV/AMR, Automated storage systems.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux, VBA, and other relevant programming languages.
• Development Practices: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Certifications: Certification in automation or related fields is advantageous.
• Industry Background: Experience in semicon, logistics or manufacturing is a plus.
