The Role
A broad, hands-on opportunity spanning HR operations, systems governance, and team leadership:

• Govern HRIS and SAP platforms, ensuring data integrity and HR record compliance
• Validate payroll inputs and administer compensation and benefits programmes
• Process medical, insurance, and statutory claims including SOCSO
• Manage employee movement workflows - confirmations, promotions, transfers, and redesignations
• Oversee facilities, vendor relationships, and general administration
• Lead and develop a team of HR operations executives

What We're Looking For
The ideal profile for this role:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years of HR operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Hands-on SAP HR/Payroll experience is essential - this is non-negotiable
• A manufacturing or industrial sector background is a must
• Strong grasp of compensation and benefits, statutory requirements, and data governance
• Analytical, with solid stakeholder management and communication skills
