The Role
A broad, hands-on opportunity spanning HR operations, systems governance, and team leadership:
- Govern HRIS and SAP platforms, ensuring data integrity and HR record compliance
- Validate payroll inputs and administer compensation and benefits programmes
- Process medical, insurance, and statutory claims including SOCSO
- Manage employee movement workflows - confirmations, promotions, transfers, and redesignations
- Oversee facilities, vendor relationships, and general administration
- Lead and develop a team of HR operations executives
What We're Looking For
The ideal profile for this role:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 5 to 8 years of HR operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Hands-on SAP HR/Payroll experience is essential - this is non-negotiable
- A manufacturing or industrial sector background is a must
- Strong grasp of compensation and benefits, statutory requirements, and data governance
- Analytical, with solid stakeholder management and communication skills
