Position Overview

We are looking for a Structural Engineer to support detailed engineering activities on a major offshore oil and gas development. The role will involve structural design, analysis, and close coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural engineering calculations and analyses.
• Prepare engineering reports, specifications, and design deliverables.
• Support structural modelling and design verification activities.
• Coordinate with designers and engineers across multiple disciplines.
• Review vendor documentation and provide technical comments.
• Participate in design reviews and project meetings.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Support construction and fabrication queries when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of structural engineering experience within oil and gas projects.
• Experience in offshore facilities design is preferred.
• Familiarity with structural analysis software such as SACS, STAAD Pro, or SESAM.
• Knowledge of offshore structural design codes and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
