Executive & Personal Support

• Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings
• Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
• Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate project schedules with clients, site supervisors, and carpentry teams.
• Track project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Arrange site meetings, project handovers, and installation schedules.
• Maintain project documentation and filing systems.

Supplier & Procurement Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers regarding material orders, deliveries, and quotations.
• Monitor inventory and assist with procurement planning.
• Follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely project completion.

Client Support

• Serve as a point of contact between clients and the company.
• Coordinate appointments, site visits, and customer enquiries.
• Ensure timely communication regarding project updates and scheduling.

Administrative Duties

• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain records of contracts, quotations, and project files.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
• Support HR and recruitment activities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in construction, renovation, interior design, or carpentry industries is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
