We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to handle daily accounting tasks and office administration.
This role supports financial accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
This position is with Sin Wah Ice Cream Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Farm Fresh Berhad, a growing FMCG company
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial & Accounting Duties:
- Maintain full sets of accounts and handle daily bookkeeping activities.
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoicing and payment collections.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and balance sheets.
- Assist in year-end auditing processes and prepare documentation for tax agents.
2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance:
- Process monthly payroll, claims, and staff variations accurately.
- Manage and submit monthly statutory deductions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
3. Office Administration:
- Manage and replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
- Oversee incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and general business correspondence.
- Maintain an organized physical and digital filing system for corporate documents.
- Assist management with travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and basic HR administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a combined accounts and admin role.
- Software: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with accounting software (e.gAuto Count etc).
- Skills: Excellent numerical accuracy, strong multitasking abilities, and a high level of integrity.
