Job Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical distribution market to drive revenue growth

• Engage with customers to analyze their unique requirements and propose tailored electrical distribution solutions

• Prepare detailed proposals and technical specifications to secure new contracts and expand market presence

• Negotiate commercial terms to close sales deals that align with company objectives and customer expectations

• Provide post-sales support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and promote client retention

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform and adapt sales strategies proactively

• Collaborate with the engineering team to contribute to the development of innovative products and services that meet market demands

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales engineering role within the electrical replacement market or relevant field

• Collaborative and customer-focused mindset to foster strong internal and external relationships
