Job Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for marine navigation (Radar, Gyro, ECDIS, GPS, VDR) and communication systems (VSAT, Satcom).

• Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, and troubleshooting of equipment in line with OEM and IMO/SOLAS standards.

• Prepare service plans, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure timely execution of service jobs.

• Act as the main technical contact for customers; manage relationships, resolve issues, and handle escalations.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISM, and flag state requirements; maintain accurate service documentation.

• Coordinate projects from planning to completion, including resource allocation and spare parts management.

• Monitor costs and support budget control for repair and service activities.

• Manage and evaluate service vendors/partners; onboard new agencies and ensure performance, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in servicing marine navigation and communication systems.

• Strong technical knowledge of Radar, ECDIS, Gyro Compass, GPS, VDR, VSAT and Satcom systems.

• Experience in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting onboard vessels.

• Familiarity with IMO, SOLAS, ISM requirements, and marine regulatory standards.
