Responsibilities

We're Hiring: IT Operations / Service Management Engineer

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Permanent / Contract

Are you passionate about IT Service Management, operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations / Service Management Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring service reliability, operational efficiency, and ITIL-driven service delivery across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer ITSM processes including:

• Incident Management

• Problem Management

• Change Management

• Service Request Management

Utilize ChangeGear to manage service tickets and ensure SLA compliance

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive actions

Support change management activities including:

• Risk Assessments

• Change Approvals

• Deployment Tracking

• Service Transition

Monitor system and service performance to maintain high availability and operational stability

Coordinate incident response and resolution with cross-functional teams

Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense

Analyze service trends, KPIs, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities

Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and process optimization

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to enhance service quality and operational performance

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Proven experience in IT Operations, Service Management, or Infrastructure Support environments

Hands-on experience with:

• ChangeGear

• ITSM Platforms

• Incident, Problem & Change Management

Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices

Experience with reporting, analytics, and dashboard development using Qlik Sense

Experience supporting enterprise-scale or government environments is highly preferred

Nice to Have
