Job Scope

1. Prepare Technical Drawings

• Produce detailed AutoCAD drawings for custom-made carpentry works.
• Prepare and revise floor plans, furniture layouts, elevation drawings, section drawings, and shop drawings.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, practical, and comply with site measurements.

2. Space Planning & Design Development

• Develop space planning proposals based on clients' requirements.
• Prepare layout plans that optimize functionality, aesthetics, and space utilization.
• Assist in proposing design concepts, materials, colours, and finishes.

3. Site Measurement & Coordination

• Conduct site visits to take measurements and verify dimensions.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and production teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
• Update drawings according to site conditions and client revisions.

4. Production & Installation Support

• Prepare detailed carpentry drawings for factory production.
• Liaise closely with carpenters and installers to ensure designs are executed accurately.
• Provide technical support during fabrication and installation stages.

5. Project Documentation

• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and project files.
• Ensure all drawings are issued according to project schedules.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design/Interior Architecture
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in design development & technical detailing
• Full Time
