Responsibilities

• Deliver Marketing modules at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels, and contribute to teaching other business-related subjects where required.
• Serve as Programme Leader and/or Module Leader, ensuring effective academic management and delivery.
• Design, develop, and continuously review curriculum, teaching materials, and assessment strategies.
• Manage assessment processes, including coursework and examination setting, marking, moderation, and result verification.
• Lead and support a team of associate lecturers through induction, classroom observations, and professional development initiatives.
• Supervise Undergraduate and Postgraduate research projects, dissertations, and final-year projects.
• Provide academic guidance, learning support, and career advice to students while monitoring academic progress and engagement.
• Facilitate university audits, programme reviews, accreditation requirements, and quality assurance compliance.
• Engage in scholarly activities, research, and professional development to maintain academic and industry relevance.
• Support departmental operations, student recruitment activities, marketing events, industry partnerships, and other administrative projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate with PhD in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline are welcome to apply.
• Proven experience teaching at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels.
• Strong teaching background in Marketing and Business-related subjects.
