Job Description

This is a hands-on engineering role where you will design, test, and enhance real-world products deployed globally. You will gain valuable experience working on cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop switch-mode power supplies (SMPS)
• Work on both analog and digital control systems
• Build prototypes and perform laboratory testing using equipment such as oscilloscopes
• Conduct circuit simulations using tools like LTSpice and MATLAB
• Troubleshoot and optimize designs to improve performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, PCB design, and quality

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (internship or project experience is advantageous)
• Strong fundamentals in circuit design and electronics
• Basic understanding of power electronics
• Hands-on experience or interest in lab testing, debugging, and prototyping
• Self-motivated, curious, and willing to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with embedded programming (C/C++ or microcontrollers)
• Familiarity with simulation tools (LTSpice, MATLAB, Simulink)
• Exposure to PCB design or hardware-related projects
• Knowledge of Python or automation tools

Other Information

• Working Location: Toa Payoh, Singapore
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid arrangement available after probation
