Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution, optimization, tuning, and continuous enhancement of analytical and optimization models.
- Conduct model benchmarking and perform before-and-after performance evaluations to assess model effectiveness and improvements.
- Support testing activities, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of model changes prior to deployment.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve model-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and operational gaps.
- Assist with production verification activities and provide issue triage and support for model-related incidents in live environments.
- Maintain comprehensive model documentation, technical specifications, test results, and supporting artifacts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models meet business, operational, and technical requirements.
- Monitor model performance and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
- 3–5 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience working with complex optimization models involving operational and technical constraints.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or R.
- Proficient in database querying and data manipulation using SQL.
- Experience with optimization modeling frameworks and solvers such as Gurobi or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of model testing methodologies, benchmarking techniques, and validation processes.
- Experience maintaining technical documentation and model-related artifacts.
- Familiarity with cloud-based model deployment and production environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
