Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Sg Buloh, selangor. This role oversees the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development. The Human Resources Manager will manage HR operations such as maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The role involves partnering with leadership to support workforce planning, organizational development, and change initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will also handle conflict resolution, conduct HR-related training, monitor workplace culture and engagement, and recommend improvements to HR processes and practices.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in HR policy and procedure development.
  • Proficiency in HR operations, such as maintaining HRIS records, managing compensation and benefits, and preparing HR reports and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to support organizational development, including change management, training programs, and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to managing multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role, preferably within consulting or professional services environments.
  • Competence with HR software, productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software), and basic data analysis for workforce insights.
