Responsibilities
We are looking for several candidates for the position of IT Onsite Engineer to support our deployment project within klang valley.
Job Description:-
Experience - 1yr
* Install and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
* Troubleshoot Windows / Microsoft Office software issues
* Provide technical support on-site, via phone, and remotely
* Set up new computers and perform system installations
* Record and follow up IT support tickets
* Assist with IT equipment inventory and asset management
* Check and ensure sign-off forms are completed properly
* Follow up with onsite engineers on pending issues
* Track progress and update status of ongoing tasks
* Escalate unresolved issues when needed
