Key Responsibilities:

• Direct negotiations with vendors regarding commercial terms, lead times, and fulfillment timelines to secure uninterrupted production pipelines.
• Oversee the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, maintaining rigorous follow-ups with global suppliers to ensure high on-time delivery performance.
• Track stock metrics to execute timely replenishment cycles while assessing vendor capacity and market shifts to minimize supply disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with sister manufacturing facilities worldwide to optimize material allocation, inventory balancing, and shared resource tracking.
• Review operational and inventory datasets on a daily and weekly basis to guide procurement decisions, acting as the primary informational link between vendors and internal leadership.
• Aggregate raw logistical data from disparate enterprise systems to build custom analytical models, dashboards, and visual reports that assist stakeholders in trend analysis and continuous improvement goals.

Required Qualifications:

• At least a University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or an engineering-equivalent field.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive procurement, material control, or supply chain analysis experience.
• Able to work in the Northern Region of Malaysia.
