Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Clerk role based in Greater Malacca. The Administrative Clerk will handle daily clerical tasks such as preparing and organizing documents, maintaining records, and managing filing systems. The role includes answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing communication to the appropriate departments. The Administrative Clerk will support executive and administrative staff with scheduling, meeting coordination, and basic data entry. The position requires consistent attention to detail, timely completion of tasks, and effective collaboration with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support office operations and leadership.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills for filing, document preparation, record management, and data entry.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication abilities, including professional Phone Etiquette for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should have proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and basic computer literacy.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Candidates should be able to work on-site in Greater Malacca and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A relevant diploma or equivalent qualification in administration, office management, or a related field is advantageous.
