Abdul Rashid Abd Rahman & Co, a law firm with a branch located in Section 22, Shah Alam, is inviting suitable and dedicated candidates to apply for the position of Conveyancing Clerk.

Position: Conveyancing Clerk

Location: Section 22, Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle conveyancing files and documentation.
• Prepare and process sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, and related legal documents.
• Liaise with clients, banks, developers, government authorities, and other relevant parties.
• Monitor and follow up on the progress of conveyancing matters.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in conveyancing work is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
