Job Role: Act as the PFC of the simplified scenario project, participate in the operation process, streamline pre-sales/post-sales financial management, provide operation suggestions, assist the project team in signing high-quality contracts, deliver high-quality, and low-cost contracts, improve the operation efficiency and efficiency, control operation risks, and jointly bear the operation results with the project manager.

Job Descriptions:

1. Assist in achieving project financial targets:

• Execute the Project Direct-sales Finance process, assist the PM in publishing the DR1/DR2 budget of delivery projects, take charge of the routine forecasting and performance review, and final accounting of the DR4 project when the project is closed.
• Manage project accounting data, understand project report data, and provide project financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage project revenue, cost expense, inventory, and AR, and dynamically monitor the health status of each indicator through forecasting.
• Manage project risks and assumptions, and effectively manage project financial risks by tracking and managing the execution of project budget and rolling forecast.

2. Project financial risk management:

• Publicize, train, and implement the company's financial policies and processes, and ensure that the business operation of the project team complies with the regulations.
• Standardize the business behavior of the project team and effectively manage external compliance risks such as tax, treasury, audit, and penalty at the project level.

3. Provide project financial support:

• As the financial representative of the project team, cooperate with the project manager to resolve financial issues related to the project.
• As the representative of the finance system in the project team, he pushed the resolution of issues of the project team in cash advance, reimbursement, payment to suppliers, and payment on behalf of the project team, and supported the operation of the project team.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
2. Understand basic financial knowledge such as budgeting and forecasting, operation analysis, and cost management.
3. At least 5 years of experience in the related field.
4. Sensitive to data and strong logical thinking ability;
5. Strong communication skills, service and supervision awareness.
