Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Handle import shipping documentation from receipt of pre-alert documents through to invoicing and Delivery Order (D/O) release.
  • Submit house manifests for import FCL shipments.
  • Update import shipment status promptly to overseas agents.
  • Manage export shipping documentation from job receipt from Customer Service (CS) or management.
  • Prepare and process Bills of Lading (MBL/HBL), pre-alerts, and invoices.
  • Ensure payment is received before releasing shipping documents.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with shipping and customs requirements.

Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in documentation within the Logistics, NVOCC, or Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Good knowledge of import and export shipping procedures and documentation.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and shipping documentation systems.

WORKING HOUR: 5 WORKING DAY (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
