Job Responsibilities :

• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of operational technology (OT) equipment across terminal operations environments.
• Perform troubleshooting and Level 1 support for RDTs, VMTs, handheld terminals (HHTs), TETRA devices, base stations, walkie-talkies, and related operational devices.
• Support operational equipment installed on RTGs, quay cranes, prime movers, stackers, gate systems, and operational facilities.
• Monitor and support TETRA base station connectivity and operational performance.
• Support installation, replacement, reconfiguration, and maintenance of OT accessories including antennas, power supply cables, interface cables, and peripheral devices.
• Support remote troubleshooting and diagnostics activities to reduce operational downtime and turnaround time.
• Perform device swap, minor repairs, reconfiguration, and operational recovery activities during equipment failures.
• Support battery collection, charging, redistribution, and inventory tracking for handheld operational devices and communication equipment.
• Support operational technology activities across CT1, CT2, NDSB, gate operations, conventional operations, marine operations, and related operational areas.
• Maintain OT asset inventories, support records, maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and operational documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and support providers for equipment maintenance, escalation, and technical support activities.
• Support operational readiness, maintenance scheduling, and field deployment activities involving OT equipment.
• Support infrastructure, network, and application teams during operational troubleshooting involving OT environments.
• Ensure OT operational support activities comply with operational safety, governance, and security requirements.
• Able to work according to the designated three (3) shift schedule.

Education / Professional Qualification

• Certificate, Diploma, or Technical Certification in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, IT, or related discipline.
• Technical certifications related to radio communication, networking, or OT support are an added advantage.

Relevant Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in OT support, technical field support, communication systems, or operational technology environments.
• Experience supporting radio systems, handheld devices, VMTs, RDTs, or operational communication equipment.
• Experience performing hardware troubleshooting, device replacement, and field support activities.
• Familiarity with operational or industrial environments is an added advantage.
• Exposure to port, logistics, terminal operations, or industrial operational environments is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting operationally critical or 24x7 environments is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
