Full Time M-E Coordinator Jobs, salary up to MYR 7,000 in MLDC Berhad Subang Jaya - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and verify all M&E works on-site to ensure works constructed are compliance with project requirements, specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.
• Liaise and coordinate with authorities, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of M&E works, approvals, inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handovers.
• Review and coordinate technical submissions, including shop drawings, M&E drawings, material submissions, technical proposals, specifications, method statements, and builder's works requirements to ensure timely approval and implementation.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate building, mechanical, and electrical maintenance programs, while monitoring site progress, manpower, material deliveries, installation activities, and project milestones to ensure timely completion and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and technical coordination to identify and resolve design discrepancies, service clashes, quality issues, defects, non-conformances, and site-related technical matters while ensuring compliance with authority and safety requirements.
• Prepare, maintain, and coordinate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, testing and commissioning records, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, variation orders, and handover documents throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E coordination within the construction industry, including experience in high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong coordination, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
