Job Description

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Greet and attend to visitors and walk-in clients professionally
  • Manage incoming calls, screening and routing as necessary
  • Handle mail, courier services, and document distribution
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain reception area cleanliness
  • Assist in office facilities coordination (e.g., lifts, CCTV, etc.)
  • Prepare quotations and support basic administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and customer service oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
