Core Requirements

· Basic sales experience required; furniture or interior design background not necessary (training provided)

· Strong sales abilities

· Prior team management experience with ability to independently oversee daily store operations

· Strong verbal and written communication skills are a priority

Language Requirements

· Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required

· Basic conversational ability in English and Bahasa Malaysia is sufficient

Store Operations

· Familiar with inventory management, able to monitor stock records and replenishment (purchasing experience not required)

· Able to operate company POS system (training will be provided)

· Possess visual aesthetic sense; able to lead showroom display updates and maintain brand presentation

Social Media & Live Streaming

· Able to go live independently without relying on support (e.g. TikTok, Facebook)

· Marketing team provides content direction, but candidate must be able to lead a session on their own

· Camera-confident, articulate, and able to engage an audience

· Creative individuals are highly welcomed; relevant professional background is an added advantage

Added Advantage

· Background in retail or service industry management

· Knowledge of interior design or home lifestyle

· Professional background or experience in social media, live streaming, or content creation

Remuneration

· Basic salary (RM 2200 - RM3000) commensurate with experience and ability — open for discussion

· Plus offline sales commission + online live stream commission + team performance bonus

Education & Experiences

· At least Diploma holder in relevant field (e.g., Business, etc.) is preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered.

· A minimum of 1 years' experience in a supervisory/manager role in a retail environment.
