Requirements:

• A recognized Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering/its equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably with involvement in high-rise developments.
• Experience in Data Centre projects is an added advantage.
• Preferably accredited with CIDB's Site Supervisor (CSS) certification or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Able to read technical drawings and manage site workers.
• Possess valid CIDB Green Card and own transport.
• Work location: Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities:

• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH Management System.
• Provide and demonstrate the leadership and commitment for the overall implementation of the QESH Management System in the department.
• Take accountability for the effectiveness of the QESH Management System in the department.
• Comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
• Prepare Safety and Health Plan for project site.
• Implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment
• Take responsibility and accountability for prevention of work-related injury and ill health in own specific area of work/responsibilities.
• Supervise, coordinate, monitor and control direct labor and subcontractors’ works and ensure completion of respective facilities in his discipline within planned schedule and quality standard.
• Maintain vigilance on site activities so, as to avoid misuse and damage of site materials by workers, especially subcontractor’s workers.
• Record number of workers for his subcontractors on site each day and site activities in the daily report.
• Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
