We are partnering with a global investment management firm looking to hire an Institutional Sales Associate to support their continued growth across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies across institutional investors in Southeast Asia
• Proactively source and engage new prospects through targeted outreach and networking
• Build relationships with key decision-makers, including investment teams and consultants
• Lead and support client meetings, including delivering investment presentations and proposals
• Partner internally with senior stakeholders to position investment strategies effectively
• Manage and track sales activity, pipeline progression, and client interactions

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in institutional sales, distribution, or client coverage within asset management or wealth management
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage a full sales cycle
• Strong understanding of investment concepts and portfolio performance metrics
• Fluency in Korean and English
