Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Cantonese (as you may need to liaise with Mandarin or Cantonese speaking customers)
• Fresh graduates welcome. 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position is an advantage.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Preferably Entry Level or Junior specialized in E-commerce or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill in English, Mandarin, Cantonese.
• Excellent command of writing English.
• Good in teamwork, organizational skills and administration.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and preferably based in Selangor.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Manage marketplaces including sales and account performance.
• Handle daily marketplace operation, include shipping, order processing, customer service.
• Answer basic customer services regarding sale, shipping and other questions.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
• Handle data and file processing.
• Good understanding in Excel.
• Understand how to priorities duties given and meet criterial deadlines.
