Responsibilities
Admin Duties
a. Managing & procurement of equipment inventory & office supplies.
- Stationeries
- Office & Toilet supplies
- Writing and printing materials
- Electronic equipment and devices
- Washing equipment
- Uniform & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Store packing materials (Packing box, bags, pallet wrap, weighing machine, tape, etc)
- Logistic equipment (Trollies, washing equipment, etc)
- Forklift and Pallet Jacks
- Record management (Fire safety equipment, first aid box, basket, packing equipment usage record, etc)
b. Facility services & maintenance
Coordinate with vendors and authorities on administrative and regulatory matters.
- Fire Safety License
- Pest Management Services (Monthly inspection)
- Lift Operation License
- Electrical/Supply Installation License
c. Licenses and contracts management (Application, renewal & termination)
- Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
- Operating Forklift
- Cargo Net (Port)
- Jurong Port & PSA (Port)
- Telco services (Broadband and mobile)
- Pest Management
- Land Transport Authority (LTA)
- Ad-hoc Services
d. Vehicle management
- ERP 2.0 On-board Unit (OBU) installation
- Annual vehicle inspection
- Heavy Vehicle Park License
- Vehicle Park Certificate (VPC)
- Road Tax Renewal
- Vehicle Insurance Renewal
- Diesel Token management
e. Documentation
- Mail distribution (Invoices, documents, bank statements, cheques, etc)
- Process purchase and procurement invoices
- Issuance and acknowledgement forms
