As a Project Manager at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT', you will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex construction projects. Reporting to the regional Project Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This full-time position is based in Sabah.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the planning, organisation, and coordination of all project activities and resources
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets
• Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, direction and support
• Implement quality control processes to ensure projects meet or exceed client requirements
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management

What we're looking for

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
