PERSOL Outsourcing Hiring! Full Time Construction Supervisor in - Ricebowl

• Salary Range: $5000 - $7000
• Work Location: On-site
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours (subject to site requirements)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, contract requirements, and relevant codes of practice
• Monitor project progress and coordinate closely with contractors, subcontractors, system integrators, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Conduct regular site inspections and verify workmanship, materials, and installation methods, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with quality standards and safety requirements
• Review shop drawings, method statements, risk assessments, and material submissions where required
• Verify installation quality of structured cabling, network infrastructure, server racks, control systems, and field devices
• Witness system testing, factory acceptance test (FAT), on-site acceptance test (OSAT), commissioning, and final handover (HOTO) activities
• Identify and report non-conformance issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly
• Maintain proper site documentation, including inspection reports, test records, issue logs, daily site diaries, and project documentation
• Attend site coordination meetings, technical discussions, and coordination meetings with project stakeholders including client representatives
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and project safety requirements
• Assist the Superintending Officer/Consultants to manage oversight of progress control, quality control, WSH, environmental control and security control taking instructions from and reporting to Superintending Officer directly when required
• Maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done including records of tests, inspections, status of work, safety, site diary, material on site and equipment on site, labour force, day works, etc.
• Liaise and coordinate with Superintending Officer/consultants to resolve technical and/or interfacing issues with contractors and evaluating claims submitted by the Contractor

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site supervision experience in M&E works, IT, ELV or Security System
• Experience in supervising Electrical and Electronic systems, ELV systems including CCTV, IDS, and Access Control System
• Familiarity with Singapore building regulations, statutory requirements, and construction practices
• Must be accredited as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO-M&E) by the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of the Institution of Engineers and the Association of Consulting Engineers
• Valid registration/accreditation as an RTO-M&E
• Must possess valid Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS) certification & Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) certification
• Other relevant WSH certifications will be an added advantage
• Strong coordination, documentation and communication skills
