PT. ASIAPALM OLEO JAYA is a fast-growing oleochemical company specializing in sustainable products for global markets, with a strong focus on Plastic Additives, Animal Nutrition, Glycerin, and Oleochemical products.

As part of our international business expansion, we are looking for a motivated and proactive International Business Development Executive to support market development activities and build a long-term career within the oleochemical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities across regional and international markets.

• Identify and develop potential customers, distributors, and business partners to support market expansion initiatives.

• Build and establish relationships with prospective customers and strategic business partners.

• Explore new markets, industries, and application segments for the company's products and solutions.

• Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documentation for prospective customers.

• Conduct customer profiling, competitor analysis, and market trend monitoring to support business growth strategies.

• Support business expansion projects and market penetration initiatives across targeted regions.

• Coordinate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and other internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

• Prepare market intelligence reports, business analysis, and commercial updates for management review.

• Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events to identify new business opportunities.

• Continuously develop product knowledge, industry understanding, and commercial capabilities to support international business development activities.

• Contribute to the company's business growth and international market expansion objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other related industry.

• 0–2 years of working experience in the Oleochemical, Specialty Chemicals, Plastic Additives, Animal Nutrition or related chemical industries.

• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of oleochemical products, applications, manufacturing processes, and market segments will be an added advantage.

• Exposure to international business development, customer engagement, technical-commercial support, market development, or commercial activities within the chemical industry is preferred.

• Strong interest in developing a career in International Business Development within the Oleochemical industry.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and market research skills.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.

• Proactive, self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work independently.

• Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.
