Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Melaka, responsible for overseeing HR operations and supporting the growth of Medipulih Group. This role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for clinical and non-clinical staff, as well as maintaining up-to-date job descriptions and workforce planning. The Human Resources Manager will administer compensation and benefits, support payroll-related HR processes, and ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Daily responsibilities involve handling employee relations, performance management processes, and disciplinary matters, while promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe workplace culture. The role also includes developing HR policies and procedures, coordinating training and development initiatives, maintaining accurate HR records, and collaborating with leadership on organizational development and change management.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong human resources management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and administration of compensation and benefits.
  • Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including HR data management, reporting, and attention to detail.
  • Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and build trust across the organization.
  • Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare or clinical settings is beneficial, with familiarity in supporting medical staff and healthcare operations.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility to support operations across multiple locations as needed.
