• About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at ZIP-ZIP HOLDING as a full-time General Clerk. Are you organized, responsible, and interested in accounting and administration? In this role, you will be responsible for providing accounting and administrative to ensure the smooth running of our medical clinic.

What you'll be doing

• Perform data entry into the accounting system accurately and on time.
• Perform data entry for payroll.
• Record and monitor monthly payment records.
• Verify supplier invoices before processing payments.
• Prepare payment vouchers, and debit/credit notes.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Assist in monthly closing and year-end audit preparation.

What we're looking for

• Possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or minimum SPM/STPM for a General Clerk.
• Must be computer literate.
• Responsible and willing to learn new experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
