岗位职责

We are looking for a IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day IT support and ensure smooth operation of end-user computing services and IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or Infrastructure Support environments.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, and peripherals.

• Support user requests and incidents through ticketing systems, phone, email, and walk-in support.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and mobile computing devices.

• Perform software installation, patching, hardware upgrades, and preventive maintenance activities.

• Manage IT assets, inventory tracking, and equipment lifecycle management.

• Support meeting room technologies, video conferencing systems, and office IT infrastructure.

• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, warranty claims, and technical support.

• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and support procedures.

• Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Service Desk, or Infrastructure Support.

• Hands-on experience supporting Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.

• Familiarity with ticketing systems, endpoint management tools, or MDM solutions is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of servers, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, storage, UPS, and IT infrastructure environments.

• Experience supporting meeting room technologies or video conferencing platforms is an added advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
