Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively hunt for leads and actively network (events, communities, and partner forums) to create qualified pipeline.
  • Drive net-new revenue by proactively building pipeline across target accounts through outbound, referrals, and strategic campaigns.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle—discovery to close—managing funnel health, forecast accuracy, and velocity to deliver predictable wins.
  • Execute opportunity motions with urgency: research and profile accounts, prospect and qualify stakeholders, scope solutions, and document next steps.
  • Consistently meet and outperform KPIs (pipeline creation, conversion rates, target attainment, activity SLAs).
  • Build and scale channel partnerships that open new routes to market and accelerate deal flow.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, marketing, product, and leadership to remove roadblocks and close deals.
  • Champion customer and partner success—drive adoption, retention and expansion.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and drive business planning and execution
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned —step in where needed and execute high-impact initiatives beyond the core tasks


Requirements


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in HR, payroll, or outsourcing services
  • Proven success in end-to-end sales cycles—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure
  • Strong networking, lead generation, and pipeline management skills
  • Solid understanding of HR and payroll solutions, compliance, and workforce management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales reporting
  • Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about driving growth in a fast-paced environment
