Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Work closely with users, developers, and project managers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Prepare documentation such as BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose system or process improvements.
• Support system development life cycle (SDLC) including UAT, testing, and implementation.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement review sessions with stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Assist in change management and user training where required.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend enhancements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with requirement-gathering tools and documentation.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, or system integration is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
