Responsibilities


We're Hiring: Sales Administrator

Are you proactive, organized, and confident in dealing with clients? Join our team as a Sales Administrator and play a key role in supporting and growing our business!

Location: Ubi
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Work Week: 5 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential contracts for the company
  • Liaise directly with clients and vendors to obtain quotations
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
  • Coordinate and follow up on contracts and project progress
  • Check tenderboard
  • Do quotations
  • Attend client meetings to discuss requirements and contracts
  • follow up leads
  • Any other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Singaporeans
  • Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in sales administration or a related role preferred
  • Able to do quotations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, independent, and willing to meet clients when required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
