Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Programming, testing, commissioning, and handover of Electrical Systems (22KV Switch gears & transformers, protection relays, and hipot)
    Prepare and maintain all required commissioning documentation which includes client submission.
  • Supervision and Monitoring of defined test procedures start-up sequences, reliability test runs, and performance tests.
  • Monitoring of functional and operational tests of various equipment to prepare the equipment for the first start-up.
  • Manage and supervise a team of experienced commissioning technicians to execute Live equipment testing in a highly professional and safe manner
    Ensure QAQC integration within commissioning processes and procedures.
  • Witness and provide contractor resources to support FAT as required.
    Preparation of inspection reports, certificates, progress reports, and site correspondence.
  • Liaise closely with the client QAQC/Testing teams.
  • Generating MSCR's (Maintenance System Change Request) at the project handover stage.
  • Ensure that commissioning acceptance criteria is aligned with design specification and client requirements.
  • Any other duties required by the Commissioning Manager.
