About Us

Vivopac Marketing Sdn. Bhd. is a leading packaging supplier in Malaysia with over 40 years of experience in providing plastic bags, food packaging, containers, paper products, and various packaging solutions to businesses nationwide. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Retail Supervisor to lead our retail operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily retail store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales and service targets.
• Monitor stock levels, product displays, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse departments to maintain adequate stock availability.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Assist in implementing promotional activities and merchandising plans.
• Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, and daily store closing procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, wholesale, FMCG, packaging, or related industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and POS systems).
• Able to work independently and solve operational issues effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory control and retail operations will be an added advantage.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
