Position: Account Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Reconcile income and expenses monthly
• Check completeness of income and expenses
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Update monthly schedules:
  • Deposit, fixed assets, other balance sheet items
  • Income and expenses matching
  • Regular expenses reasonableness
  • Status of receivables/payables
  • Monitor marketing billings and corresponding expenses
  • Monitor Familiarization Trip billings and corresponding expenses
  • Others
• Updating Subagent listing
• Check student list and issue invoices, liaising with respective parties when required
• Check and prepare monthly and yearly intercompany transaction listing, and extract relevant supporting documents
• Check and prepare fixed asset schedules
• Prepare office monthly reports
• Prepare statistics report when required
• To handle others task assigned by your supervisor.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in a similar finance/accounting role
• Fresh Graduate is encouraging to apply.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.

• Technical Skills: Proficient and have knowledge about MYOB accounting software and good in Microsoft Office such as Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions).
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Soft Skills:
  • Meticulous: You have a sharp eye for detail and do not let discrepancies slide.
  • Organized: You can juggle multiple monthly schedules and meet tight deadlines (e.g., month-end closing).
  • Communicative: You are comfortable liaising with internal teams and external agents/students to resolve billing issues.
