Role Description

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies and category plans to support business needs and cost efficiency.
  • Lead RFQ/RFP processes, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, and selection.
  • Conduct cost analysis, price benchmarking, and drive cost-saving initiatives such as bulk purchasing and supplier consolidation.
  • Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favourable contract terms.
  • Manage contracts, including preparation, renewals, variations, and compliance tracking.
  • Work closely with Operations, Projects, QS, Finance, and Legal to align sourcing requirements.
  • Guide and support junior team members in sourcing execution and supplier management.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and maintain accurate records in ERP systems


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or any related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract administration, or commercial roles within construction, property development, or facility management industries.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting change implementation across multiple departments.
  • Exposure to performance measurement, KPIs / OKRs tracking, and improvement reporting.
