Support the sales team by coordinating customer projects internally. Coordinate customer projects from sample development, packaging preparation, production arrangement to delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate customer projects.
• Follow up samples and packaging.
• Liaise with internal departments.
• Maintain documentation.
• Ensure timely project completion.

From product idea → sample → packaging → production, you'll be part of the journey that turns concepts into real products.

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Bonus: Mandarin).
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
