Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Key Account Manager - E-COMMERCE role based in Subang Jaya, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Key Account Manager will manage and grow key e-commerce accounts, acting as the main point of contact for brand partners and online marketplaces. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing business plans for key accounts, monitoring performance, analyzing sales and campaign data, and identifying opportunities to optimize growth and profitability. The role involves coordinating promotions, content, and merchandising, working closely with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth execution across platforms. The Key Account Manager will also handle issue resolution, maintain strong customer relationships, and prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills, with experience managing strategic partners or major e-commerce clients.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret sales data, KPIs, and campaign performance to drive business decisions.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Planning skills, with the capability to develop account strategies, revenue forecasts, and growth plans.
- Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship-building, issue resolution, and maintaining high partner satisfaction.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital retail operations is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present insights clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data/reporting tools; familiarity with e-commerce dashboards or analytics platforms is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a key account or commercial role.
