Our client’s project is a well-established brand in the IT industry who is now looking for a passionate and driven Production Operator. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform credit card personalization activities based on job sheets and operational checklists.
• Operate and monitor card personalization, printing, and chip embedding machines.
• Ensure all personalized cards are produced accurately with zero defects.
• Conduct quality checks and verify production output before release.
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of materials and card stock.
• Support fulfillment and production-related activities to meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting when necessary.
• Adhere to security, compliance, and operational procedures at all times

REQUIREMENTS

• Any Bachelor degree or SPM qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a printing, production, or manufacturing environment.
• Basic technical knowledge of machines, computers, and production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Willing to work extended hours and accommodate urgent client requests when required.
• Comfortable working in a production/operations environment with minimal customer interaction.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice
